Inclement Weather Policy: - Weather Conditions: Sessions proceed in light rain or moderate weather but may be canceled for severe weather. - Notification: Cancellations will be communicated via email, phone, or our website. General Policies: - Health and Safety: Ensure you’re in good health and follow all trainer instructions. - Personal Conduct: Respect trainers and other participants. Misconduct may lead to removal without a refund. - Equipment and Attire: Wear appropriate attire and bring necessary personal equipment.
